Coir Peat Processing

The Coconut husk is broken in a mechanical shredder and the fiber and the pith are separated. The pith is washed with water to remove salinity.  It is then dried and then separated as per the particle size and the fibers are removed as per the required specification.  This is then bagged and then transported to the factory for producing various coir products.
